Getting started
How do we begin an engagement?
Most teams start with a free AI consultation. We learn about your goals, systems and constraints, then recommend a practical path — assessment, pilot, product adoption or embedded FDE.
Do we need a defined AI strategy first?
No. Many clients come with a specific operational problem or product idea. We can help prioritise use cases and build a roadmap as part of the work, not only as a separate strategy phase.

What is AI FDE?
AI Forward Deployed Engineering embeds Instio engineers with your team to map workflows, build agent systems and deploy AI in production — grounded in your industry, data and existing technology.
How is FDE different from staff augmentation?
FDE teams own outcomes end-to-end: discovery, architecture, integration, evaluation and rollout — not just adding capacity. They work as product engineers with domain context, accountable to business metrics.
What happens after deployment?
We monitor performance, tune agents, expand to adjacent workflows and transfer knowledge to your team. Many clients extend embedded FDE or move to managed optimisation.
Products, systems and integration
Do we need to replace existing software?
No. We design around your ERP, TMS, WMS, PMS, CRM and custom systems — adding an AI layer that orchestrates work across people, tools and channels.
Can we use HotelOpsAI or StayChatAI in our stack?
Yes. Our hospitality products integrate with common PMS and guest-facing channels. We also build custom extensions and white-label options when needed.
How do you evaluate agent quality?
We use scenario-based tests, regression suites, human review queues and production monitoring — aligned to accuracy, safety and the KPIs that matter for each workflow.

How do you handle data and security?
We follow your security and architecture standards, with clear data boundaries, access control and auditability. Specific requirements are agreed during discovery and documented for each engagement.
How are projects typically priced?
Models vary by scope — fixed discovery, pilot builds, embedded FDE teams or product subscriptions. We align commercial terms to the outcomes and timeline you need.
